Finding My Path, Empowering Yours

I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt.) through the National Guild of Hypnotists (USA), the International Hypnosis Association (USA), and the European Association of Medical Hypnotherapy and Subconscious Therapy (EU).

My journey wasn’t a straight line, but a winding path of self-discovery that ultimately led me to where I truly belong.

The Path to Self-Discovery

For many years, I worked in the advertising and graphic design industries. My career was creative and fulfilling, but in 2019 something happened that shifted my perspective completely.

I developed a bulging disc and experienced the most intense pain I had ever felt. Simple movements became difficult, and walking was sometimes impossible. I consulted multiple doctors, but many recommended increasingly invasive treatments without addressing the underlying issue.

During one physical therapy session, the therapist told me something that stayed with me: “there’s no pain, pain doesn’t exist.” At the time, I was in so much discomfort that the idea felt impossible. But that sentence stayed with me.

Once I was able to walk again, I attended a yoga class. After that single session, my sciatica pain reduced significantly. The change surprised me. When the pandemic began, I stopped attending classes and the pain gradually returned. That’s when I decided to start practicing consistently at home.

Yoga became an essential part of my recovery. Through regular practice, I noticed how much my body responded not only to movement, but also to relaxation, attention, and mental state. That experience is what led me to become a yoga teacher.

What began as a decision to become a yoga teacher gradually opened the door to deeper inner work. Through teaching and practicing yoga, I experienced firsthand how movement, attention, and relaxation influence the body.

Around that time, I remembered what the physiotherapist had told me: “there’s no pain, pain doesn’t exist.” I began to reflect not only on the role of the body, but also on the power of perception and language. I had always been interested in the meaning of words, and I became curious about how suggestions could influence experience.

That curiosity led me to hypnosis, a way to combine focused attention, language, and mind-body awareness to help people create meaningful change.

Certified in Yin and Restorative Yoga, focusing on deep relaxation, nervous system calming, and gentle somatic awareness practices.
