By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Because my time, and yours, is valuable, I adhere to a strict cancellation policy:

• Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [48/24] hours in advance.

• Fees: Late cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged the full session fee.

• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for sessions already completed, as the service and time have been rendered.

3. Intellectual Property

Everything you see here: social media graphic design, web design, the articles, and the recordings, is the property of Veronica Medina. You may not copy, record, or distribute any part of our sessions or website content without express written permission.

4. Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. Everything discussed in our sessions is strictly confidential. The only exceptions are those required by law (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).

5. Termination of Service

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if I feel that hypnotherapy is not the appropriate path for your needs or if there is a breach of these terms.
