Hypnotherapy

It’s a form of therapy that uses hypnosis, a deeply relaxed state of focused attention, to help you access your subconscious mind. It’s a natural state, similar to the feeling you get just before you fall asleep.

Yes, it is completely safe. It’s a natural state that you enter and exit on your own. There are no negative side effects.

Talk therapy works with the logical 5% of the mind. Hypnotherapy bypasses the conscious mind to work directly with the 95% (the subconscious) where habits and beliefs are actually stored.

Most people describe hypnosis as a deeply relaxed, focused state, similar to daydreaming or getting lost in a good book. You’ll feel calm, aware, and in control the entire time.

Yes, anyone who is willing to be guided can be hypnotized. The key is your own willingness to relax and focus. It’s a skill that improves with practice.

If you can follow simple instructions and have a desire for change, you can enter a hypnotic state. It is a natural ability everyone possesses.

No. You are always in control and fully aware of your surroundings. You cannot be made to do or say anything that goes against your values.

Every person is unique. Some people see meaningful change after just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support to reinforce their progress. We’ll discuss your goals and create a plan that fits your needs.

Logistics & Payments

I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee to respect the dedicated time.

I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a receipt if you wish to check with your provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Payments are handled securely via Stripe at the time of booking to ensure our session time is focused entirely on your transformation.

My rate for each individual session is $150. I offer single deep-dive sessions as well as specific goal programs for more complex shifts.

The Recordings

The recording “installs” the new neural pathways we create. Listening for at least 21 days is essential to making the change permanent through neuroplasticity.

Either first thing in the morning or right before sleep, when your brain is naturally in a more receptive state.

That’s perfectly fine. Your subconscious mind is always listening and absorbing the suggestions even if your conscious mind drifts off.

Absolutely NOT. These recordings induce a state of deep relaxation and should only be used when you can safely close your eyes and relax.

Past Life Regression

PLR is a technique that uses hypnosis to recover memories from the subconscious that appear to be from previous lifetimes. Whether viewed as literal history or symbolic metaphor, these stories often hold the key to current emotional blocks.

Belief isn’t a requirement for the process to work. Many clients treat the experience as a “subconscious metaphor”, like a dream that your mind has created to help you process a current life challenge. The therapeutic value remains the same.

Your subconscious mind is protective and will generally only show you what you are ready to process. We approach every “memory” with a sense of detached observation, ensuring you feel safe and supported throughout the exploration.

Usually, we set an intention for your subconscious to take you to the lifetime most relevant to your current challenge. It’s a process of “allowing” rather than “forcing” a specific narrative.

The “did I imagine this?” feeling is common. However, the emotional release and the insights gained are very real. In the depths of the subconscious, the boundary between “memory” and “imagination” is less important than the healing the story provides.

Success & Integration

Most people feel “lighter” but also quite tired, as if they’ve done a deep emotional workout. I recommend clearing your schedule for an hour afterward to sit quietly and integrate the experience.

Change happens in three ways: Immediate (you feel a shift right away), Incremental (you notice small changes over the 21 days of listening to your recording), or Retroactive (you look back after a month and realize a problem simply isn’t there anymore).

The only “homework” is listening to your bespoke recording for at least 21 days. This is the crucial step that solidifies the work we did.
